Mandatory Check-list

• Bicycle for each team member - road or mountain bike
• Bicycle helmet for each team member
• Athletic clothing that you do not mind getting messy (or wet!)
• 1 cell phone (for emergencies only)
• 1 bag per team (backpack, fanny pack, bike pack, etc.)
• Water
  
• $20 cash per team- in $5 increments
• Permanent Marker

• With the potential for a pool challenge, you are required to wear a bathing suit.  Bike shorts and a sports bra are an acceptable substitute for pool attire.  Street shorts and t-shirts are not acceptable.  Plan accordingly. Contact Us if you have any questions.

• Small first aid kit
• Sunscreen
• Bike tire repair kit and pump
• Electrolyte tabs or gels
• Matching Outfit – (Optional: Costume Contest).
